- 0,5 dl whole grain rice
- 1 tsk. freeze dried cherry powder
- 5-10 raisins
- 1 tsk. almond flour
- A pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 dl water
- 0,2 dl breast milk or formula
- 1 tsk. fat
Blend the freeze dried cherry powder and raisins in a food processor.
Pour all the ingredients into a saucepan and add 1 dl cold water. Bring the pudding to boil while whisking it, and boil at a low temperature for 2-3 minutes. If needed, add more water if you think the pudding is too thick. Whisk the pudding until it has the right consistency and is ready to be served. Add fat and milk.
Served chilled. Leftovers should be discarded.
