- 0,5 dl gluten free whole grain oat flour
- 1 tsp. coconut fibre flour
- 1/2 tsp. blueberry powder
- 1 tbsp. prune puree
- A pinch of vanilla
- 0,5 tsp. cold pressed oil
- 0,2 dl breast milk or formula
- 1 dl water
Mix the whole grain oat flour, coconut fibre flour and blueberry powder with 1 dl boiled water.
Stir until the porridge is tender. Thereafter, add prune puree and a pinch of vanilla powder.
Add fat and milk.
Served chilled. Leftovers should be discarded.
