An aromatic whole grain porridge with a lovely taste of blueberries, coconut,  and vanilla.

Prune porridge with coconut and vanilla

Ingredients

  • 0,5 dl gluten free whole grain oat flour
  • 1 tsp. coconut fibre flour
  • 1/2 tsp. blueberry powder
  • 1 tbsp. prune puree
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • 0,5 tsp. cold pressed oil
  • 0,2 dl breast milk or formula
  • 1 dl water

Instructions

1. Mix the whole grain oat flour, coconut fibre flour and blueberry powder with 1 dl boiled water.
2. Stir until the porridge is tender. Thereafter, add prune puree and a pinch of vanilla powder.
3. Add fat and milk.
4. Served chilled. Leftovers should be discarded.
