Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plums

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175 Celcius degrees. Cut the plums into halves and remove the stone.
2. Put the plums on a baking sheet with baking paper.
3. When the oven is ready put the plums in it and bake for about 25-30 minutes until they are tender.
4. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let the plums cool a little.
5. Blend the plums in a blender and blend until they have the wanted consistency.
