Pea puree with parsley


  • 300 g peas
  • 25 g butter
  • A handful of fresh parsley


1. Slowly melt the butter in a pot. Add the peas to the pot and steam for approximately 4 minutes until tender. Add, if you like, a little bit of water and stir. Add parsley and blend until the preferred consistency is reached.
