A sweet and nutritious whole grain porridge.

Oatmeal with raisins, linseeds and cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 0,5 dl gluten free oat flour
  • 1 tsp. linseeds
  • 5-10 greenKhorog raisins
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 0,5 dl water
  • 1 tsp. fat, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • 0,2 dl breast milk or formula

Instructions

1. Blend whole grain oat flour, linseeds, raisins and cinnamon in a food processor.
2. Mix it and add boiling water. Stir until the porridge is tender. Add fat and milk.
3. Served chilled. Leftovers should be discarded.
