- 100 g dried apricots
- 2 dl/75 g Woodland Wonders baby porridge e.g. with banana and cocoa or your personal favorite porridge
- 35 g coconut oil or butter
- Decorate with coconut flakes or cocoa
Blend the apricots in a food processor. Add the Woodland Wonders porridge mix.
Melt coconut oil or butter at low heat.
Blend all the ingredients in the food processor until you have a sticky mass.
Make little balls out of the dough and roll them in coconut flakes or cocoa.
Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes until they have become firm.
