- 3 nectarines
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
Rinse the nectarines and cut them into little pieces (keep the skin on), and add them to a food processor or blender.
Blend the nectarines until they turn into a puree and pour the nectarines into a bowl and add chia seeds.
Let the puree cool in the fridge for a few hours until the chia seeds have soaked and softened.
