Millet porridge with blackberries and cardamom

A wonderful millet porridge packed with nutrition and taste. We have taken millet flour and added sweet blackberries, apples, and spiced it up with a hint of cardamom in order to create the ideal starter porridge for your baby.

Millet porridge with blackberries and cardamom

Ingredients

  • 0,5 dl millet flour (25 g)
  • 1,5 dl cold water
  • 1 tsp. fat, e.g. rapeseed oil
  • 0,2 dl breast milk or formula
  • A pinch of cardamom
  • Blackberry puree

Instructions

1. Heat flour and water over medium heat in a small pot and add cardamom.
2. Stir until the porridge is tender and sticks to the spoon. Take the pot off the stove and add fat and milk. Add the blackberry puree.
3. Served chilled. Leftovers should be discarded.
