Carrot granola porridge

If you love the taste of carrot cake you will love this granola. Delicious, crispy and soft.

Ideal for breakfast or as a snack to babies from 9 months. The porridge can be eaten as porridge, or as granola with milk and yoghurt.

Carrot granola porridge


  • 1 dl gluten free wholegrain oats
  • 1 tsp. dried carrots
  • 5-10 green Khorog raisins
  • 3 walnuts
  • 1 tsk. chia seeds
  • 2 dl water
  • 1 tsk. fat


1. Blend the walnuts in a food processor and mix them with the remaining dry ingredients. Add cold water and bring to a boil. Let the porridge boil for 1-2 minutes while regularly stirring it until the preferred consistency is reached. Add fat.
2. Served chilled. Leftovers should be discarded.
