Blackberry puree

A wonderfull topping that tastes like summer.

Blackberry puree

  • 100 g frozen blackberries
  • ½ dl. cold water
  • 1 tsp. sugar


1. The water and berries are boiled with a lid on for 10-15 minutes until the berries are soft.
2. Blend the berries and add the preferred amount of sugar until it has the taste you want.
3. Strain the puree through a fine mesh to remove the little seeds, before the puree is served.
