Banana puree with yogurt and parsley

This creamy banana puree has a delicious and fresh taste of parsley.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Greek yoghurt (10 %)

Instructions

1. Rinse the parsley and blanch it in a small saucepan. Peel the bananas and blend them together with the blanched parsley and yoghurt all together.
