- 2 squashes
- 2 big potatoes
- 2 tbsp. fresh herbs e.g. parsley, thyme or estragon
- 1 tbsp. coldpressed olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 175 Celcius degress. Rinse the squashes and potatoes and slice them.
Place them on a baking sheet next to each other. Brush them with olive oil and herbs and add salt and pepper if wanted.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 24-30 minutes until tender. Take the squashes and potatoes out of the oven and let them cool. Come all the ingredients in a blender and blend until they have the wanted consistency.
