  • 4 half pears
  • (1/2 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon)


1. Preheat the oven to 200 Celcius degrees. Rinse, core and cut the pears into halves.
2. Put the pears on a baking sheet and add some cinnamon, if wanted.
3. When the oven is heated, bake the pears for 20-25 minutes until they are tender (use a fork to check their tenderness). Let the pears cool for a while.
4. Blend the apples until the wanted consistency is reached.
