Baked pears with vanilla

A wonderful tasting pear puree with a hint of vanilla.

Baked pears with vanilla

  • 4 pears
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder


1. Cut the pears in half and core them. Place them on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 175 Celcius degrees until they are tender.
2. Let the pears cool for a while.
3. Blend the pears in a blender and add vanilla powder. Blend until the preferred consistency is reached.
