- 4 big apples
- (some maple syrup or some vanilla powder)
Preheat the oven to 200 Celcius degrees. Rinse and core the apples and cut them into slices.
Place the slices on a baking sheet.
When the oven is heated, bake the apple slices for 20-25 minutes until they are soft (you can use a fork to check their softness).
Remove the apples from the oven and let them cool for a while.
Blend the apples in a blender or a food processor and add, if wanted, some maple syrup or some sugar. Blend the puree until the wanted consistency is reached.
