Oat Balls with Prunes & Coconut

- 150 g dried prunes without pits
- 100 g Secret Forest cereal mix
- 40 g coconut flour
- 25 g cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 25 g coconut oil or butter
Place the ingredients in a high-speed food processor and process on high for about a minute until your dough is formed. Using a 1 tablespoon scooper, scoop out the dough and then roll between your palms to form your balls. Repeat until dough is gone. Store the oat balls by placing them in a jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
