A delicious and sweet topping that serves perfectly as a topping to your baby’s porridge or as a delicate desert.
- 4 ripe plums
Preheat the oven to 175 Celcius degrees. Cut the plums into halves and remove the stone.
Put the plums on a baking sheet with baking paper.
When the oven is ready put the plums in it and bake for about 25-30 minutes until they are tender.
Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let the plums cool a little.
Blend the plums in a blender and blend until they have the wanted consistency.
