Baked plums with orange

A delicious and sweet topping that serves perfectly as a topping for your baby’s or your own porridge or as a delicate desert.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe and sweet plums
  • the concentrate from an orange

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.  Cut the plums into halves and remove the stone. Add the plums to an oven proof skillet and pour the orange concentrate over.

When the is ready bake for 25-30 minutes until the plums are tender.  Take the plums out of the oven and let them cool a little. Blend the plums in a blender until they have the wanted consistency.
