Baked carrots with parsley

Make this purée when you want to experience a fantastic flavor symphony.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots
  • 1 hand fuld fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp. organic butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175 Celcius degrees. Peel the carrots and cut them into smaller pieces.

Put them on a baking sheet and put them in the oven when it is ready.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the carrots seem tender.

Take the carrots out of the oven and let them cool. Add carrots and parsley in a blender and blend until the puree has the wanted consistency. Add butter, if wanted.
