Baked apples with cinnamon and plums


  • 6 medium apples
  • 2 plums
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
  • A pinch of nutmeg


Preheat the oven to 200 Celcius degrees. Cut the apples and plums in halves and core them.  Place the apples and the plums with their peel facing downwards in an oven proof skillet.

Bake for 30-40 minutes until the plums have ruptured. Take the fruits out of the oven and let them cool. Add the baked fruits to a food processor and add cinnamon and maple syrup and blend until they have the wanted consistency.
